1. Enterprise Engagements
Woro Global provides custom software development, AI solutions, business automation, cloud infrastructure, and cyber security consulting. Each engagement is governed by an agreed written scope, deliverable schedule, and acceptance criteria before work begins.
2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Client information, proprietary source materials, and business data provided during discovery or implementation remain confidential under mutual non-disclosure terms. Deliverable ownership transfers according to contract terms upon final acceptance and settlement.
3. Acceptable Use
Services and connected software solutions must comply with applicable telecommunications, privacy, and consumer protection laws. Automated systems must adhere to provider guidelines, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy where WhatsApp connectivity is implemented.
