Cloud & infrastructure
A practical plan for the systems you depend on.
Cloud decisions need to account for workload, cost, access and recovery. We examine the current environment before recommending migrations or architecture changes.
Discuss your requirements ↗- Architecture and infrastructure review
- Migration planning and deployment workflows
- Monitoring and recovery planning
An environment inventory, workload requirements and recovery expectations.
HOW WE APPROACH DELIVERYCompare options against the workload. Agree migration checkpoints, rollback steps and the evidence needed to accept the change.
Scope, duration and a fixed quote are agreed before each phase. Delivery depends on the requirements and access confirmed during scoping.
Prepare for growth before moving the workload
Review how an application runs today, where it slows down and what recovery requires. Compare a migration with improving the current environment, then plan deployment checkpoints and rollback before making the change.
Before we begin
Do we have to move to a different cloud provider?
No. We start with the workload, current environment and constraints. Improving an existing setup may be more useful than moving it.
How do you approach downtime and recovery?
Agree acceptable disruption, backup verification, migration checkpoints and rollback steps. Recovery expectations should be tested against the actual environment.
Will you review operating costs?
Cost is part of the architecture discussion. Examine capacity, storage, traffic and provider dependencies, then define how usage will be monitored. Savings depend on the current setup and chosen changes.
